Where we supply in the tricity
The tricity crosses two states and a Union Territory, so utility rules, approval paths and site conditions change from one side of a road to the other. Here's a brief guide to each part.
Chandigarh
Chandigarh's sectors are planned, with strict building controls. Its Industrial Area Phases I and II house workshops, printing, food and light engineering. Hospitals, institutions and offices in the sectors usually choose dry-type units for indoor substations, while Industrial Area units often stay with oil-filled distribution transformers.
Panchkula
Panchkula is home to our Customer Connect office at #46, Sector 12. Demand comes from the industrial area, from housing and institutional projects, and from sites towards Pinjore and Barwala. Panchkula clients can drop by with drawings or a nameplate photo.
Mohali (SAS Nagar)
Mohali has IT and knowledge parks, hospitals, high-rise housing and industrial phases. Large residential projects often weigh compact substations against a conventional transformer yard. Buyers here can also reach our Punjab team. See Punjab pages.
Zirakpur, Dhakoli and Dera Bassi
Zirakpur's fast-growing group housing and commercial strips along the highway need compact, low-maintenance substations. The Dera Bassi–Lalru industrial stretch further on uses standard distribution and furnace-duty units.
Kharar, New Chandigarh and the periphery
Township projects in Kharar and New Chandigarh are often phased, so specifying a transformer for the first phase and a second unit later can beat buying one oversized unit now.
All these locations are a short haul from our Ambala and Nalagarh plants. See the dealer desks for Haryana and Punjab.
